I've spent over 21 years helping people navigate some of life's toughest situations — substance use, trauma, domestic violence, anger, and the kind of challenges that make it hard to see a way forward. I spent the last decade working in court-ordered programs with clients who didn't choose to be in therapy, and I got them to stay. First thing I tell every client: I am your advocate. I'm real, I'm relatable, and yes, I will make you laugh! I'm a seasoned Black woman from New York City, and my NYC energy definitely comes through. Clients describe me as someone who can break through that wall of resistance many people walk in with and I'm proud of that.

My name is Jazmine. I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). My passion is helping people take charge of their mental health and overall well-being. Aurelio received his Graduate Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as a Qualified Supervisor for the State of Florida, and Internationally Certified Interventionist.

I support adults and teens living with the challenges of anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, PTSD and grief. Some of the challenges that we face in childhood/adolescence can impact us later in life. I am passionate about helping you understand how trauma and your family dynamics impact your relationships, coping mechanisms and thought patterns.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and my main focus is helping minors and adults address problematic sexual behaviors, men’s issues, and the unique experiences of those who identify as LGBTQ+.

I also work with couples who are navigating the challenges of polyamory and exploring healthy relationship dynamics.

I offer a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive space for clients to explore challenges related to substance use, codependency, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
