Tiffany Schillaci graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice as well as a Master's in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the State of Florida. Ms. Schillaci has a range of experience working with clients from diverse groups and providing clinical interventions to best meet the individual needs of each client. She has many years of experience working with the homeless population, clients with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders as well as implementing crisis intervention modalities. Ms. Schillaci began her career as a Behavioral Health Technician and also provided case management services for a non-profit organization that specializes in special immunology, substance abuse, trauma, and mental health services.

I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and proud U.S. Army veteran committed to helping adults find balance and healing. I provide evidence-based, compassionate care for anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related conditions. My goal is to create a calm, respectful environment where every client—veteran or civilian—feels seen, supported, and understood. I am Ramon Recio, a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with more than thirty years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s most difficult chapters. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and completed doctoral coursework in Counselor Education and Supervision. My career has spanned community mental health centers, hospital systems, and private practice in both New York City and the greater Tampa Bay area, including my current work as a Behavioral Health Psychotherapist at BayCare Behavioral Health, St. Joseph’s Hospital.

Over the years I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients: adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions; couples and families seeking to repair and strengthen their relationships; individuals in recovery from substance use; veterans; and people from culturally diverse backgrounds, including children with developmental challenges and their families. I am fluent in English and Spanish, and I welcome clients who prefer to be served in either language.

Outside of credentials and titles, what I most want you to know is this: I am warm, energetic, and genuinely curious about the people I work with. I believe each person carries strengths that are often hidden beneath what they came to therapy to address, and a meaningful part of our work together will be uncovering and using those strengths. I also recognize that for many clients, spirituality, faith, or a personal sense of meaning is an important part of their lives. I am respectful of every client’s belief system and integrate that dimension only when, and how, you want it included.

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to making high-quality mental health care accessible to everyone, especially individuals in underserved and rural communities. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of caring for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in homes, assisted living facilities, group homes, and through telehealth.

I'm Deborah Mondlak, LCSW, a licensed clinical social worker based in Hollywood, Florida, specializing in trauma, grief, and life transitions.

My work is grounded in the belief that healing doesn't have to take years. I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy® (ART), an evidence-based approach that helps people process painful memories and difficult experiences rapidly — often within a few sessions — without requiring you to talk through every detail. I also draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and somatic approaches depending on what each person needs.

I work with adults navigating loss, major life changes, and the aftermath of traumatic experiences. I am also fluent in Spanish and welcome Spanish-speaking clients.

I received my Master of Social Work from Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University and have trained extensively in trauma-focused modalities.

I had many years of corporate experience prior to getting my degrees in psychology. I use this expertise to help with problem solving as I did when I managed a large employee base.
