As a General (Adult) and Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist, I am passionate about empowering all ages on their journey towards mental health and well-being.

I completed a residency in General Psychiatry and fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at Georgia's prestigious medical college, one of the oldest medical schools in the nation. This expert, specialized training has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to understand the unique psychological needs of children, adolescents, and adults.

I am a Board Certified Psychiatrist, and am also a Board Certified Pediatrician (triple-trained in General Pediatrics, General Psychiatry, and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry). I completed pediatrics residency at NYC’s only academic Children’s Hospital in Brooklyn, SUNY Downstate, with additional pediatric and psychiatric clinical internships at Brooklyn’s Maimonides Medical Center. Additionally, I graduated with a Master of Public Health with an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Health Communications from renowned Stony Brook University’s School of Medicine & their Journalism School’s Center for Communicating Science. I graduated medical school with clinical accolades at New York’s oldest osteopathic college, NYIT.

I'm a Board-Certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with experience in treating adults and children from the age of 6 and up. I treat conditions like Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Anger/Impulse Control, ADHD, and Oppositional Defiance Disorder, etc. I look forward to meeting you and embarking on this journey towards healing.

Hello and welcome! I’m a ANCC Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) License in GA, MD, and North Dakota. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care across the lifespan. I hold a master’s degree in nursing with specialized training in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and medication management, as well as psychotherapy.

My practice focuses on treating a range of conditions including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, addiction recovery and perinatal mental health concerns. I integrate a client-centered approach that may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), supportive counseling, and lifestyle interventions alongside medication when appropriate.

I am a licensed professional counselor in Georgia and Alabama and have been working as a therapist for 16 years. Currently, I am only seeing female clients in order to align with my clinical focus. As a Christian therapist, I specialize in faith-integrated counseling for women who wish to bring their spirituality into sessions. I offer therapy that integrates biblical principles with evidence-based practices, helping clients align their mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. While this is my area of specialty, I work with individuals from all walks of life and honor each client’s unique beliefs and values.

My experience is broad in that I have worked with clients of all ages with a variety of issues and diagnoses, especially with those facing trauma, recovering from addictions, coping with anxiety and depression, and moving through life changes such as grief and relationship/family changes. I hope to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
