I’ve worked in residential treatment, community mental health, reentry programs, and private practice, serving people from many different backgrounds. As a General (Adult) and Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist, I am passionate about empowering all ages on their journey towards mental health and well-being.

I completed a residency in General Psychiatry and fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at Georgia's prestigious medical college, one of the oldest medical schools in the nation. This expert, specialized training has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to understand the unique psychological needs of children, adolescents, and adults.

I am a Board Certified Psychiatrist, Board Certified Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist, and am also a Board Certified Pediatrician (triple-trained in General Pediatrics, General Psychiatry, and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry). I completed a pediatrics residency at NYC’s only academic Children’s Hospital in Brooklyn, SUNY Downstate, with additional pediatric and psychiatric internships at Brooklyn’s Maimonides Medical Center.

I graduated with my medical degree (Doctorate) with clinical accolades from New York’s oldest osteopathic medical school, NYIT.

I was born and raised in one of Nigeria’s vibrant and bustling cities, where I learned the values of community, resilience, and compassion from an early age. Inspired by a deep desire to make a difference in people’s lives, I pursued my education in health care. This journey has been a blessing and a privilege, allowing me to work in health care and provide care for the people I love and serve.

My family and I have built a home filled with love and laughter. They bring joy and inspiration to my life every day. I'm excited to support my clients in bringing that same love and joy and laughter back into their own lives.

I earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Regent University School of Psychology and Counseling. My graduate training included a concentration in spirituality and was grounded in the belief, “To God alone be the glory.” That perspective continues to shape my work today. I approach counseling with humility, recognizing that healing can occur in many ways, and I am honored to use my clinical training in service to others with compassion, respect, and evidence based care.

I welcome individuals from all faiths, spiritual traditions, cultural backgrounds, and those who do not identify with a religion. During my clinical training, I specialized in healthy relationships, including domestic violence, sexual abuse, and human trafficking. I also have extensive experience in suicide prevention, crisis intervention, behavioral health, anxiety, depression, trauma, moral injury, grief and loss, relationship concerns, neurodiversity, parenting skills, individuals with special needs and their family members, LGBTQ+ concerns, and major life transitions.
