I support individuals facing substance use, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and psychosis, and I offer a range of psychotherapy approaches. My style is compassionate, transparent, and patient-centered. I aim to create a safe, judgment-free space where you feel heard and understood. I believe in breaking down stigma and working together to find what truly helps you feel better.

I specialize in working with women navigating perimenopause, relationship challenges, and generational or attachment wounds. My approach is open-minded, nonjudgmental, and direct. I believe you are the expert in your life—and I’m here to walk alongside you as you reclaim your voice, process past pain, and build the skills you need to move forward.

I hold a master’s degree in counseling and have worked in a variety of settings, including schools, crisis centers, inpatient, and outpatient care. I draw from Attachment Theory, ACT, CBT, Mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices to create a space where healing and lasting change can happen.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 20 years of experience working with individuals from all walks of life. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from Marshall University Graduate College, and since then, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people heal, grow, and thrive.

I’m also a Master Addiction Counselor (since 2005), a Certified Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher, and an EMDRIA-Certified EMDR therapist.

As a General (Adult) and Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist, I am passionate about empowering all ages on their journey towards mental health and well-being.

I completed a residency in General Psychiatry and fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at Georgia's prestigious medical college, one of the oldest medical schools in the nation. This expert, specialized training has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to understand the unique psychological needs of children, adolescents, and adults.

I am a Board Certified Psychiatrist, and am also a Board Certified Pediatrician (triple-trained in General Pediatrics, General Psychiatry, and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry). I completed pediatrics residency at NYC’s only academic Children’s Hospital in Brooklyn, SUNY Downstate, with additional pediatric and psychiatric clinical internships at Brooklyn’s Maimonides Medical Center. Additionally, I graduated with a Master of Public Health with an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Health Communications from renowned Stony Brook University’s School of Medicine & their Journalism School’s Center for Communicating Science. I graduated medical school with clinical accolades at New York’s oldest osteopathic college, NYIT.
