With a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and over 6 years serving the Worcester community, I’m a licensed LMHC who brings warmth, curiosity, and a good sense of humor into the therapy room. I work with youth and families using a mix of modalities, and brief solution-focused approaches, and I’m especially committed to creating an open-minded, affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals and diverse communities.
You know what you want to accomplish, but getting started or staying on track can feel harder than it should. Whether you're managing ADHD, anxiety, panic attacks, or feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, I'm here to help you understand what's getting in the way and build strategies that work in your everyday life. I work with adults 18+ and provide a supportive, affirming space where you can gain insight, strengthen your confidence, and make meaningful, lasting changes.
As a therapist, my goal is to provide empathy and compassion in an emotionally safe environment. I am passionate about helping people through the most difficult challenges life may have. I work with people to build their self-worth, ease emotional pain, and help regain a sense of enjoyment in their life as they once had. I envision helping people recognize their strengths, then build on their strengths, to help them to become more self-confident, happy and aware.
I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner treating clients since 2016 and prior to that, providing family practice care in a rural University clinic.
As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), my goal is to provide a warm, down-to-earth space where you can show up exactly as you are.
My professional background is a bit of a mosaic—I’ve spent meaningful time working in school counseling, outdoor education, and residential treatment settings. This mix has taught me that healing and growth happen best when we look at the whole picture, blending practical life strategies with a deep appreciation for experiential and unique paths to wellness.

As a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, the provider helps clients manage their mental health with both medication and therapy. The provider is trained to diagnose and treat mental health conditions and works together with each client to find the best plan. Conversations are private, and client comfort and safety are top priorities. Clients are encouraged to ask questions and share concerns. If urgent help is needed outside of sessions, contact information will be provided. The provider’s main goal is to support clients in feeling better and living well.
My work centers on women’s wellness, with a focus on supporting women navigating ADHD, ASD, chronic stress, anxiety, nervous system dysregulation, and life transitions. Through working with a diverse range of clients, I’ve found that many women move through life feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, and stuck in survival mode.
I'm a Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over ten years of experience supporting children, teens, and families across community health and pediatric hospital settings. Much of my work has centered on adolescents, youth involved in the justice system, families navigating multiple systems of care, perinatal mental health, and end-of-life work. I also hold a certification in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). Beyond direct clinical work, I've led program development and evaluation for initiatives serving LGBTQIA2S+ communities and Latinx and Indigenous youth. Before becoming a social worker, I worked as an Intervention Specialist, supporting middle and high school students with learning disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and significant mental health needs. Across all of this, one belief stays constant: you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with respect, curiosity, and genuine care.
