I’m a licensed mental health counselor with a Master’s from Suffolk University, with a background in community health-based services. I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of mental health challenges, from depression and anxiety to more complex disorders like PTSD and bipolar disorder. I enjoy working with clients of all ages, but I particularly focus on adults and adolescents.
Welcome! I have spend the last 15 years sitting with people experiencing the greatest pain of their lives. Pain caused by past trauma and fears of the future. Pain caused by loss of a loved one, a job, physical ability and independence. Pain caused by a lack of confidence in themselves and others. All of this compounded by the fact that their ways of coping were no longer working. The alcohol, drugs, food, excessive work, relationships, sex, or the need to control were starting to do more harm than good.
I believe therapy is most effective when you feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace while building insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Michigan State University and am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC). I provide telehealth therapy for adults throughout Michigan, Massachusetts, and Illinois.

If you're motivated to seek therapy and ready to do the work, then I'd love to work with you!
I help women navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, body image concerns, emotional eating, addiction recovery, and perimenopause/menopause. Together, we'll explore what may be keeping you stuck while building practical tools, resilience, and self-compassion to create meaningful, lasting change.
