Welcome! My name is Diana Hunter-Eldridge. I've been working in the mental health field for 10+years and have a master's in nursing. I'm here to work alongside you to have a better quality of life. Whether you struggle with depression, anxiety, bipolar or ADHD you don't have to go through this journey alone.
I'm Joellen Rhyndress, LCSW, and I specialize in working with veterans, first responders, and executives — and I genuinely love this work. I'm trained in EMDR and have spent years as a trauma expert, particularly around critical incidents and life-disrupting events. I've worked with over 250 clients and I understand your world, your culture, and what it takes to finally ask for help.
I believe every individual has the capacity and courage to learn, grow, and make positive choices for their present and future. Throughout my career, I have worked with people to strengthen mental health, improve academic and professional performance, and build skills for long-term success. I continued to be humbled by the determination people have to tackle challenges and hardships to improve their quality of life.
With over 15 years of experience, I have worked with children, adults, and families in diverse roles (counseling, education, disability services, healthcare, and social services). These experiences have equipped me with versatility and empathy towards the various challenges faced by individuals (spouses, parents, caregivers & employees). Currently, my focus is on clients ages 18 - geriatric who are dealing with anxiety/depression stemming from stress, life transitions, relationships, and trauma.

Headway helps you stay on track with expert-guided support for ADHD — from finding the right therapist or psychiatrist, to understanding costs, to scheduling with ease.
Finding the right ADHD provider in Fayetteville starts with understanding the type of care you need. Therapists who specialize in ADHD often use approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help with focus, time management, and daily routines. Psychiatrists can discuss treatment options alongside therapy when appropriate. Some providers offer both. If you're a parent looking for help for a child or teen, look for a provider with experience in pediatric ADHD.
Fayetteville is home to a large military community near Fort Liberty, and many residents rely on TRICARE or employer-sponsored plans for mental health care coverage. When choosing a provider, consider what matters most to you — whether that's a specific specialty, appointment format, or scheduling availability. Reading a provider's bio can give you a sense of their approach and help you decide if they're a good match before booking.
ADHD care in Fayetteville can be expensive without insurance, but using in-network benefits is one of the most reliable ways to reduce what you pay. On Headway, you can enter your insurance details to see estimated session costs before your first appointment, and many patients pay as low as $0 per visit. Nationally, Headway partners with over 100 insurance plans, making it easier to find an ADHD specialist who fits both your clinical needs and your budget.
