I specialize in anxiety, depression, and substance use - all the messy, complicated parts. Over 17 years, I’ve done everything from case management to clinical supervision at a community mental health agency and crisis intervention at a managed care company. As a biracial person (Filipina and Polish), I bring personal understanding to those navigating cultural identity, family expectations, and the feeling of not quite fitting in anywhere.

My name is Kait. I have two degrees in social work, a bachelors from Lipscomb University and a Masters in social work with a concentration in direct practice, mental health. I have worked with people from all walks of life from an acute hospital setting to monthly outpatient sessions.

I received my masters degree in clinical mental health counseling from Xavier University in 2020, but have been working in the mental health field since 2016. My professional background in foster care treatment has helped me form a foundation for trauma treatment.

I help people work through anxiety, life transitions, relationship struggles, chronic stress, and mind-body symptoms using Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, CBT, and somatic approaches.
