I am a Pennsylvania-licensed psychologist with 23 years of counseling experience with adults of all ages, from late-adolescence and across the lifespan.
My practice focuses on helping individuals develop personally meaningful ways of navigating anxiety and depression, grief and loss, trauma and PTSD, time-of-life transitions, and identity development. These therapeutic partnerships often involve identity-affirming explorations of racial, ethnic, LGBTQIA, and neuro-diversity matters within clients’ lives.
Helping clients feels safe, regarded, and at ease... I work hard to understand what each individual needs from me to feel these things at the forefront of our relationship.
I feel really confident in my empathic attunement toward clients as I authentically connect with each individual. I prioritize creating a shared space of sincerity as clients begin telling me their stories.
And what an honor it is, helping clients share their narratives in a manner that highlights their courage and resilience, as well as their yearning and needs.
As we begin to explore and understand all of these things, we hone in on each client’s inner resources and external supports — identifying these things and figuring out how each individual client can feel most empowered in themselves.
I grew up in rural PA working on my grandfather's potato farm, learning equine therapy benefits starting at age eight. I joined the food industry as a waitress and worked throughout my RN undergrad.
I began my nursing career after earning my BSN from IUP in 2015, stepping directly into the fast‐paced world of behavioral health care within emergency room settings. Those early years shaped my clinical foundation and deepened my commitment to supporting individuals who have experienced trauma. I continued to grow, learning medicine, therapeutic communications skills, de-escalation techniques while working inpatient contracts at various facilities across PA, including child and adolescent units, adult and geriatric units, and correctional facility contracts.
Driven to expand efficient care through impact, I completed my MSN as a Psychiatric‐Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in November 2024. I initially provided inpatient hospital care, gaining valuable experiences in a new psychiatric treatment facility. As my career and family needs evolved, I discovered that remote psychiatric care offered the balance and flexibility that best supported both my professional goals and home life balance. My passion for farms, animals, and my large blended and busy family will help my clients see why I enjoy offering them a decade of behavioral health experience. With my advanced PMHNP training, I will deliver compassionate, accessible mental health support in a comfortable virtual setting.

I have a Master of Arts degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, which helped me to develop an approach by identifying strengths and resources, helping to create realistic goals and making necessary changes. I have been practicing for 31 years and I know that I will never know everything.

I support individuals navigating life’s transitions—whether that means marriage, divorce, retirement, relocation, empty nesting, menopause, or simply the quiet realization that life is asking for something new.
My practice is rooted in culturally responsive, client-centered care that honors the full complexity of who you are—not just the labels others may place on you. I believe healing begins when people feel truly seen, understood, and supported without judgment.
While I work with individuals from all walks of life, I have a special passion for supporting women of color, particularly those 55 and older, who are redefining themselves in powerful new seasons of life.
You do not have to navigate change alone.
Together, we will work toward the life you are seeking—personally, professionally, and spiritually.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s challenges to reach their goals. I view the therapeutic process as a unique journey we take together - exploring your strengths, addressing obstacles, and uncovering new possibilities.
No two paths are the same, and I am committed to walking alongside you to chart a course that supports your personal growth.
I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey, not a one-size-fits-all process. Each person’s story is unique, and I work with clients to chart a path that fits their needs, values, and dreams.
Whether helping young clients build coping skills or working with families to strengthen support systems, my focus is on creating a safe, collaborative environment where growth can happen.
