Many of us have "big T" Traumas like abuse or near death experiences. All of us have some "little t" traumas like feeling repeatedly rejected by others. Part of us gets stuck back when the no-good-dirty-rotten-thing happened, but you don't have to stay there. You can be free of the grip of both big T and little t traumas.
