I provide personalized mental health care for adults and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, and related concerns. My focus is helping you feel better, think more clearly, and regain control of your daily life.
I offer comprehensive evaluations and medication management through secure telehealth across Texas, with in-person availability in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Treatment is tailored to your unique needs, with careful attention to effectiveness, side effects, and long-term stability.
Are you struggling with chronic relapse, binges, sex/love/porn addiction, excess substance use, dissociative disorder, or attachment issues? Do you want to decrease your urge to vape, smoke marijuana/nicotine, or drink? Have you experienced social phobia, self-phobia, one or more addictions, sexual abuse, or trauma? Are you suffering from grief and loss or complex PTSD?
I’m a Doctor of Nursing Practice–trained Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a career shaped by service, compassion, and a genuine love for helping people feel seen, supported, and capable of healing. Before becoming a PMHNP, I spent many years as a CNA and later earned my BSN from the University of the Incarnate Word in 2015 in San Antonio, TX. I worked bedside at University Hospital, transitioned to hospice in 2016, and later served in case management at UTHSCSA. In 2023, I began my DNP–PMHNP program, completing it while working full time at Clarity Child Guidance Center. On December 13th, 2025, I was officially granted the title of “Dr.”, became board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner on February 9th, 2026, and finally obtained my APRN with the Texas Board of Nursing on March 12th, 2026!
My doctoral project focused on reducing seclusion rates for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder using evidence‐based, trauma‐informed interventions—an area close to my heart as a parent of a special‐needs child. I’m passionate about geriatric psychiatry and child & adolescent psychiatry, and I bring a calm, grounded, and collaborative style to treatment.
I also briefly served in the United States Air Force, an experience that strengthened my commitment to resilience, service, and advocacy. Today, I continue to advocate for women affected by domestic violence, helping them reclaim safety, confidence, and possibility.
On a personal note, I’m a mom of two boys, happily married for 11 years, and the proud owner of four dogs. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me drinking coffee, shopping for plants, collecting perfumes, baking, cooking, or spending time with family and friends. These parts of my life help me stay balanced, grounded, and connected—values I bring into every therapeutic relationship.
Stress, burnout, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, or the pressure of constantly holding it all together - sound familiar? My clients are ambitious, capable people who are quietly struggling, and seek not only to feel better but also to understand themselves better in the process.
My approach is warm, inquisitive, and solution-oriented.

Whether you're navigating a challenging season, feeling stuck, or simply looking to live more intentionally, our work together will be a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
