As a licensed professional counselor and psychotherapist, my relationship with my client is the most important aspect of the process. I strive for connection and a collaborative spirit. I would describe myself as warm, creative, and affirming. I am a somatic-based therapist trained in EMDR and Somatic Experiencing. In 2016, I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Texas. I have worked with a variety of individuals in hospital and outpatient settings. I see clients between the ages of 13 and 75 and am a LGBTQIQA+ ally.
