Trauma can change the way you see yourself, others, and the world around you. Whether you've experienced domestic violence, childhood abuse, or other painful life events, you may find yourself feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or constantly on guard. Healing is possible, and you do not have to navigate that journey alone. As a licensed counselor with experience working with survivors of trauma, I provide a safe, supportive space where you can process your experiences, regain a sense of control, and move toward a life that feels more fulfilling and meaningful.
Hi, I’m Debra. Life’s challenges can sometimes leave us feeling disconnected from who we truly are. I believe that each person’s story matters, and I bring a genuine curiosity and compassion to understanding the experiences that have shaped you.
Together, we can explore your personal narrative, identify patterns that may no longer serve you, and build on the strengths you already possess. I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, mood disorders, life transitions, and the everyday challenges that can impact well-being. My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where you can gain insight, find healing, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned with your values.

Life can shift unexpectedly-and when it does, the stress, trauma, or emotional pain can leave you feeling lost,
isolated, or overwhelmed. Whether you're healing from abuse, facing a major transition, navigating
relationship stress, or coping with anxiety or depression, therapy can offer a path toward clarity, peace, and
renewal. You're not alone.
Life has a way of throwing "unexpected" transitions our way—whether you’re a young adult finding your footing, a couple trying to bridge a growing gap, or a fellow veteran transitioning back to civilian life. As a proud veteran of the United States Navy, I bring a unique perspective of discipline, resilience, and service to my clinical work. I'm here to ensure you feel seen and supported as we turn life's surprises into opportunities for growth.
