Hi. My name is Christine and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. Originally from New Jersey, currently in the sunny state of Arizona. I attended Rutgers's University to obtain a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Life can become challenging at times. My passion is helping people through their struggles and getting back to a better quality of life.
Hi I'm Christy. I understand finding a therapist who is right for you can be challenging. I've been doing this work for 25 years. I believe people do well when they are able, but life often throws us unexpected challenges or tragedies. I'll provide a safe space for you to begin your journey to healing. With master's degrees in professional counseling and psychology, I have the training and experience to help you understand your experiences.
I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral challenges in children, teens, and adults. My approach integrates CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, and attachment-focused therapy to help clients build practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 12 years of clinical experience, including 4 years as a licensed counselor in behavioral health settings. I support individuals and families navigating life transitions, chronic stress, and complex emotional challenges, helping them move toward greater confidence and resilience.
I have extensive experience working with foster and adoptive families, focusing on attachment, trauma, parenting stress, and family transitions. My background within the Department of Child Services (DCS), juvenile detention, and family court systems allows me to guide families through both the emotional and procedural aspects of these environments with clarity and confidence.
I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered. My approach is flexible and tailored to each client’s unique needs, ensuring therapy is both practical and impactful.
If you do not see a time that fits your schedule, please reach out—I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, I bring over 11 years of hands-on experience working alongside first responders and providing crisis intervention in hospital settings, including conducting evaluations in inpatient care. For the past five years, I’ve also successfully managed my own private practice, giving me a well-rounded perspective on both acute and ongoing mental health support. As a former athlete, I understand discipline, resilience, and the importance of mindset, and I’m passionate about helping people tap into their inner strength to find peace, balance, and success in their lives.
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience across inpatient psychiatry, crisis stabilization, substance use treatment, residential care, intensive outpatient programs, and outpatient medication management. My background has given me the opportunity to work with individuals facing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, substance use concerns, mood instability, sleep problems, and life transitions.
Clients often describe my style as calm, direct, supportive, and easy to talk to. I believe mental health care should feel collaborative, respectful, and practical. My goal is to help clients better understand what they are experiencing, explore treatment options, and build a plan that supports real improvement in daily life.
I have a strong interest in treatment-resistant depression, interventional psychiatry, and evidence-based medication management, while also recognizing that each person’s story, goals, and values matter just as much as symptoms or diagnoses.
I enjoy helping clients learn skills to help them self-empower and get 'unstuck' from current barriers, and find their way to a more fulfilling and rewarding life.
Willow is dually licensed as an LPC and LMFT. Willow has 10+ years of experience working in mental health. She attended Sewanee for her BA in Psychology & Rollins College for her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Willow earned her certificate in Family and Relationship Therapy, which reinforced her knowledge and skills base working with families/couples from a systemic perspective.
Willow is trauma certified & trained in evidenced-based therapies like CBT, meditation, & expressive arts.
I’m not just a therapist who studied resilience; I’ve lived it.
I am a multi-racial Latina born and raised in South Phoenix, Arizona, a community rich in culture, strength, survival, and deep ancestral roots. I am a proud product of the very neighborhoods, schools, and systems that shaped me, challenged me, and ultimately called me into this work.
My journey has not been one of privilege or perfection. Like many women in our communities, I know what it means to navigate generational expectations, cultural identity, survival mode, trauma, self-doubt, and the weight of carrying responsibilities at a young age.
Today, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Board-Certified Clinical Supervisor, bilingual clinician (English & Spanish), entrepreneur, mother, mentor, speaker, and culturally rooted healer.
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in integrating evidence-based practices with deep respect for identity, community, spirituality, intergenerational healing, and the lived realities of navigating this world as a person of color.
I have extensive experience supporting BIPOC communities, women, teens, first- and second-generation professionals, individuals impacted by incarceration, court-involved clients, young mothers, helpers, leaders, and those carrying silent burdens while appearing “strong” on the outside.
Responsive, Respectful, Results.
Hi there-I'm Art Yeh (pronounced "yay!"). I've been a behavioral health nurse for over 15 years. I've worked as a prescriber in a wide array of settings (inpatient, outpatient, nursing homes, urgent care) in different states.
I've done psychiatric consulting and specialize in many disorders including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorders, and psychosis.
I currently treat adult clients.
I made myself a dynamic behavioral health provider by actively providing virtual behavioral health services to adult clients in 5 different states (Arizona, California, Massachusetts, Nevada, Washington). I currently reside in California.
***Due to tele-health limitations and constraints, if suicidal thoughts are present, please refer to psychiatric urgent care services and/or an in-person provider. In addition, only the client is allowed during all sessions.
***Should you require assistance with all paperwork please note that it requires 3 months of prior consistent treatment. Thank you.
