We can assess during the first meeting if your treatment requires additional therapeutic support. I will provide a referral to a licensed therapist to ensure you receive comprehensive care. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, I bring over 11 years of hands-on experience working alongside first responders and providing crisis intervention in hospital settings, including conducting evaluations in inpatient care. For the past five years, I’ve also successfully managed my own private practice, giving me a well-rounded perspective on both acute and ongoing mental health support. As a former athlete, I understand discipline, resilience, and the importance of mindset, and I’m passionate about helping people tap into their inner strength to find peace, balance, and success in their lives.
