I'm Rachael Colley, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in psychiatric medication management with a practical, skills-based approach. Every visit goes beyond a prescription check. We will work together so you leave each appointment with a clear medication plan and concrete strategies you can actually use in your daily life.

My background as a nurse and former educator shapes how I practice: I explain things clearly, I involve you in every decision, and I focus on what works in real life, not just what looks good on paper.

Who I work with

I see adults, teens, and children, with a particular focus on ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, perinatal and postpartum mental health, and binge eating disorder. I provide neurodiversity-affirming care and have a strong interest in supporting people who are navigating a late diagnosis, including the relief of finally having answers and the practical work of figuring out next steps.

Hi I'm Christy. I understand finding a therapist who is right for you can be challenging. I've been doing this work for 25 years. I believe people do well when they are able, but life often throws us unexpected challenges or tragedies. I'll provide a safe space for you to begin your journey to healing. With master's degrees in professional counseling and psychology, I have the training and experience to help you understand your experiences.

Taking the first step is hard — my job is to make it easier. I provide supportive, personalized medication management for ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and more.

I have extensive experience working with families—including both birth and foster families—involved in DCS care, as well as individuals navigating substance use and mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, and grief. Through this work, I have supported clients in managing complex family dynamics, coping with loss and transition, and building skills to support long-term stability and well-being.

Most recently, I worked in a primary care setting, where I gained a deeper understanding of the connection between physical and mental health. This experience has strengthened my awareness of how chronic health conditions can impact emotional well-being, stress levels, and overall quality of life. I integrate this perspective into my work, helping clients address both the emotional and practical aspects of living with ongoing health challenges.
