Hi! My name is Dr. Tiffany Sutton, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience. When life presents us with difficult situations, it is possible to experience feelings of anxiety, depression, or a lack of direction, which makes it difficult to know what to do. To become a happier and healthier version of yourself, I will guide you with compassion and honesty as we work through issues. It will be a pleasure to walk with you on this healing journey.

I believe that healing happens best in a space that feels both professional and human. With over a decade of experience supporting vulnerable children, families, and adults, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people navigate their most challenging seasons—specializing in substance use recovery and child and adolescent mental health.

My background is rooted in a BA in Psychology from the University of Delaware and an MSW from West Chester University. While my training prepared me to navigate complex medical and educational systems like school IEP/504 meetings, disciplinary boards, hospital teams, and the foster care system, my real-world experience has taught me that every individual and family needs a unique, compassionate approach.

I’m a firm believer that the world needs more laughter, and that therapy doesn't always have to feel heavy. When I’m not in the office, I’m usually painting or glued to a good book. I believe that therapy, much like art, is a process of creation and discovery, and I’d be honored to walk that path with you.

My own story began in the Dominican Republic, and I was raised in the heart of the Bronx, NY. Growing up between two distinct worlds gave me a deep appreciation for culture, identity, and the unique stories we all carry. Because of this, I am proud to offer a completely bilingual space, holding therapy sessions in both English and Spanish.
