Hi, I am Erin Elizabeth, I am a seasoned therapist who has been practicing in South Florida over 20 years . Have worked with adults, children, teens, young adults , families, couples, and seniors. I also work with substance abuse. I have helped people resolve their issues, set goals, and have a happier life. No problem is too big or too small. Everyone has their unique set of circumstances. I help people have hope and find joy again in life. We work together to improve brken relationships and let go of past resentments. My style is down to earth, yet professional. I’m a licensed psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience supporting adults, older children, and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, stress, and life transitions. I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Florida International University and have spent my career helping individuals and families move toward healthier, more balanced lives.

I support those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management challenges, including panic disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and sleep disorders. I work with individuals experiencing grief and bereavement, end of life issues, infertility, chronic conditions such as diabetes, and other health-related disabilities that impact emotional well-being. My practice also supports clients living with bipolar disorder (also known as manic depressive illness), attention deficit disorder (ADD/ADHD), eating disorders, alcohol and substance abuse concerns, anger management and impulse control difficulties, and complex family or relationship issues.

Hi, I’m Tracy, I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 22 years of experience in nursing and mental health care. I provide compassionate, individualized treatment for children, teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, life transitions and other mental health illnesses. I have a passion for supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, panic attacks and social isolation.

I take a holistic, patient centered approach to care, which means I look beyond just the symptoms. I consider the whole person, mind, body, and spirit because I believe true healing comes from addressing every part of who we are. That might include medication, lifestyle changes, therapy support, or simply having a safe space to talk and be heard. There’s no one-size-fits-all plan here; together, we’ll find what works best for you.

I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing from Jacksonville University and completed a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatry at St. Thomas University. I’m currently working toward my Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) at St. Thomas University, which allows me to stay up to date with the latest research and continue improving how I serve my clients.

Over the years, I’ve worked in inpatient hospitals, outpatient settings, and telehealth environments, giving me a broad understanding of how mental health shows up in different stages and spaces of life. No matter where you are on your journey, my goal is to meet you with empathy, honesty, and a genuine desire to help.
