I have a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University. Hi, I'm Lauren. I've been working as a therapist and mental health advocate for the past 9 years and I received my license in 2023. My specialty is working with young adults, the LGBTQ+ community, women, and survivors of trauma. I do have extensive experience working with children and adolescents as well.

My training and expertise cover working with the following: ADHD, anxiety disorders, sexual trauma, mood disorders (including depression), and PTSD.
