Hi! I am a fully licensed mental health therapist. I have been in the business of helping people for over 15 years. I am direct and solution oriented, but will not rush the process.

I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Cincinnati and have dedicated my career to serving individuals, families, and communities through the field of social work. With years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based support, I am committed to empowering others, fostering resilience, and helping people navigate life’s challenges with confidence and hope.

I have dedicated most of my career to working in the healthcare and mental health industry, helping clients overcome life's many struggles.

I am trained to employ a variety of techniques, which include cognitive-behavioral treatment (CBT) for anxiety, depression, and other related disorders. I also have special interests in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and coaching. All of my techniques are compassion-focused, person-centered, solution-oriented, and strength-based therapies
