Hi! I'm a Bilingual, Catholic therapist specializing in the integration of faith and clinical psychology. I work best with individuals navigating life's complexities (think student pressure, career stress, family life...) and desire a therapist who understands their moral framework. Being from Caracas, Venezuela, I bring a shared cultural perspective that helps me understand the Latin American community. Whether in English or Spanish, I provide a space where you can feel understood culturally, spiritually, and personally.
Life can be a lot. Between juggling work, friends and family life, anxiety and sadness can sneak up on you. Therapy isn’t about lying on a couch while someone silently nods, it’s about having a real convo with someone who gets it. Together, we’ll work together out how to quiet the noise, boost your mental health, and build habits that make life feel less like survival mode and more like you actually living it. Life throws curveballs — and when we don’t fully process them, they can sneakily pile up as stress, anxiety, or that heavy feeling you just can’t shake. That’s where therapy comes in.
My mission is simple: create a space where you can express yourself, shake off the weight you’ve been carrying, and explore who you’ve been, who you are, and who you want to become. A safe zone for real talk and growth. EMDR (a way of helping your brain re-file old memories so they don’t keep hitting the panic button), systems theory, person centered theory.
Therapy with me isn’t about lying on a couch in awkward silence. It’s modern, collaborative, sometimes even a little fun — because growth doesn’t always have to feel heavy. I’m open-minded yet structured and here to make the process feel less like a chore and more like a genuine reset.
For insurances I do not accept: Out of network provider: 4 questions to ask insurance representative: Does your plan include "out-of-network" coverage for mental health? What is your annual deductible for mental health benefits? What is your co-insurance? (What percentage does the plan cover?) Is there a limit on sessions?
Have you been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling to manage day-to-day stressors? Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, or relationship issues, you are not alone. Together, we will create a safe space to help you reclaim your sense of self. We will work together to process your experiences without judgment, focusing on the practical tools and internal confidence you need to move forward on your own terms.

I'm Nicole a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and National Certified Counselor based in Altamonte Springs, FL, with a master's in Counseling from Barry University. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, relational challenges, life transitions, and personal growth — and bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work. Diagnosed with ADHD later in life myself, I deeply understand the journey of discovering your own strengths and building a life that works for you, not against you.
I believe that therapy is a journey that first begins with the courage to heal. Therapy should be a safe place to heal, discover, grow, and find moments of selah--which means to pause and reflect. The following quote sums up what I believe the healing process looks like: “Life is like an onion; you peel it off one layer at a time, and sometimes you weep” (Carl Sandburg).
Hi, it's nice to meet you! I'm Mode, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. I have a deep passion for supporting children, teens, and young adults navigating ADHD, depression, and anxiety, as well as helping adults of all ages find healthier ways to manage stress and reclaim a sense of balance.
Outside of work, I love to travel and spend time at the beach, experiences that remind me daily of the power of slowing down and being present.
