I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults and teens facing substance use, mental health challenges, trauma, and family reunification. I bring both professional training and lived experience to the work. I’ve worked in residential treatment, community mental health, reentry programs, and private practice, serving people from many different backgrounds. Clients often say I’m easy to talk to, direct, and relatable. My goal is to create a safe, honest space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to change your life.
Maybe you can't quite name what's wrong. Things feel off, the worry won't settle, or a low mood has overstayed its welcome, and you haven't put a label on any of it. That's a perfectly good place to begin. I work with teens (16 and up), adults, and couples who sense something needs to change and are ready to look at it honestly. You'll find me direct and warm, willing to ask the questions that actually matter, and not afraid to bring some humor into the room, because the work doesn't have to feel heavy every single minute.
Dr. Laura Louis is a licensed psychologist, couples therapist, author of the book Marital Peace and world renown speaker specializing in helping couples strengthen their emotional connection, rebuild trust, and communicate more effectively even in the face of career stress, betrayal, or distance.
With over two decades of clinical experience and a doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Howard University , Dr. Louis has become a go-to expert for couples who are not just looking to survive their relationship, but to thrive in it. Through her private practice, conferences, retreats, and online programs, she equips couples with real-world tools that foster intimacy, resolve conflict, and support long-term growth.
Outside the therapy room, she is passionate about travel, love, and helping Black couples build lasting legacies together.
I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds across inpatient settings, emergency services, nonprofit organizations, and military environments. These experiences have shaped my approach to counseling to meet clients with compassion, respect, and understanding. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered especially during times of stress or transition.
Life is a lot. And if you're a woman who's juggling everything and barely finding time to catch your breath, I want you to know this space was built for you. Here, you get to pause, process, and just be without anyone rushing you or judging you. I show up honest, compassionate, and real, because that's the kind of support that actually helps.
My experience includes years of work with children, teens, and adults in schools, homes, and community-based settings, including foster care. I've seen firsthand how much life happens outside the therapy room, and I carry that perspective into every session. I also teach at the college level, mentoring the next generation of social workers while staying sharp on what works today.
Hi, I’m Cindy and I want you to know this: you don’t have to go through it alone. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply tired of carrying it all, therapy can be a space to exhale, reflect, and gently begin again.
I come to this work not only as a clinician but as a human being shaped by my own lived experience. I’m a proud Trinidadian-American who migrated to the U.S. at a young age, and I know what it’s like to navigate different worlds, expectations, and identities. That background helps me show up with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and deep respect for the unique path each client walks.
I’m currently pursuing my Doctorate in Social Work at Simmons University, and my clinical experience has focused on supporting adults through anxiety, trauma, life transitions, burnout, and issues related to identity and belonging. I have a special heart for clients who are used to being the strong ones, the caregivers, the first-gen trailblazers, the ones who hold space for everyone else.
In our work together, you can expect warmth, honesty, and collaboration. I use a relational and strengths-based approach, integrating tools from CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, but more importantly, I meet you where you are, honoring your pace and your story.
This is your space to feel seen, to feel safe, and to explore what healing could look like for you. If you’re ready to begin, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Welcome to the first step of the rest of your life. Deciding to begin your therapeutic journey can feel overwhelming and sometimes impossible. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I’m passionate about helping people feel heard, understood, and empowered. I strive to create a supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences and build the tools they need to move forward. My approach is collaborative and grounded in respect for each person’s unique story and strengths.
Hi, I’m Anna. I believe mental health is one of the most universal—and most human—experiences we share. Everyone deserves the opportunity to feel grounded, confident, and at peace. My passion for this work comes from seeing how transformative therapy can be when people are given the space and support to truly understand themselves.
With over five years of experience in the treatment field, including three years as a Clinical Director, I specialize in substance use, acute mental health, and life transitions. I work with adults navigating stress, uncertainty, and major turning points, helping them gain insight and move toward stability and self-awareness.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the business world, which taught me the value of clear communication, structure, and solution-oriented thinking. I bring those same principles into therapy—blending empathy with practicality to help you take achievable steps toward a life that feels more stable and fulfilling.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Professional Clinical Supervisor (CPCS) with over a decade of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I earned my Master’s in Counseling Psychology and have built my career serving individuals navigating trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and high-pressure environments.
In addition to providing therapy, I serve as CEO of Success Brand Behavioral Health, where I lead a team of clinicians and continue to provide direct care. I’ve also worked extensively with youth and families involved in foster care and the juvenile justice system and currently teach graduate counseling students as an adjunct professor.
What this means for you: you’re working with a clinician who understands both complex clinical presentations and real-world stress. I’m structured, experienced, and deeply committed to helping clients move from insight to action.
