I am a dedicated therapist with 18 years of experience helping individuals navigate their healing journeys. My practice specializes in the treatment of trauma, mood disorders, grief, relational concerns, and phase-of-life issues.
You may be doing everything you can to keep up with life's demands while quietly feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. Whether you are navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, emotional ups and downs, or a major life transition, it can be exhausting trying to manage it all on your own. Therapy offers a space to slow down, better understand what you are experiencing, and create meaningful changes that support the life you want to live.
Life can get overwhelming sometimes. Stress, anxiety, frustration, and past experiences can start to weigh on you and affect your relationships, your work, and how you feel day to day. If you’ve been feeling stuck or just need a space to sort things out, therapy can help.
I provide a connected, supportive space where you can explore what’s weighing on you and feel genuinely understood. Using an eclectic approach, I tailor therapy to your unique needs, helping you gain clarity and move toward meaningful, lasting change. Many people come to therapy because something in their life no longer feels sustainable—whether it’s anxiety, relationship strain, loss, overwhelm, or simply a sense of being stuck. My goal is to provide a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood without judgment. I believe meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic connection in a safe environment.

Headway makes it easy to find support for your mental health — from finding the right provider, to understanding costs, to scheduling with ease.
Finding the right therapist in Georgia starts with getting clear on what you need. Consider whether you're looking for talk therapy, medication management, or both. Think about whether a specific concern — like anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or a life transition — is driving your search. Providers on Headway include licensed therapists (LPCs, LCSWs, LMFTs, and psychologists) and psychiatrists, many of whom specialize in the conditions most commonly treated across the state.
With providers located throughout Georgia — including Atlanta, Savannah, Augusta, Macon, Columbus, and many smaller communities — you can choose between in-person and virtual sessions depending on what fits your schedule. Reading a provider's bio before booking can help you understand their approach, specialties, and what a session with them looks like.
Therapy in Georgia can be expensive out of pocket, but using your in-network insurance benefits is one of the most reliable ways to reduce what you pay. Nationally, Headway partners with over 100 insurance plans, and many patients pay as low as $0 per session. You can enter your insurance details on Headway to see estimated costs upfront, so you know what to expect before your first appointment.
