Hello! My name is Zachary! I am happy you visited my profile. Before you begin browsing, I just want to say you are strong and you have incredible power in you to journey towards healing. I believe in your success and your potential.
I received my Bachelor of Arts at Goshen College and my Master of Social Work at Andrews University. I am a LCSW in Indiana, LISW in Ohio, and a LSCSW in Kansas.
I have experience in care management and facilitation, providing counseling to juveniles on probation, delivering therapy to those who have been court ordered, doing home-based clinical services, implementing and administering Family Centered Treatment© to families, hospice social work, community mental health, certified clinical behavioral health clinics, conducting counseling to geriatric and SPMI populations, as well as telehealth.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist who provides a sophisticated intellectual partnership for adults who feel internally chaotic despite external high-performance. My approach is designed for the intellectually curious—the high-achiever navigating "fraud" syndrome, complex trauma, or intense emotional volatility. I offer a high-fidelity space where we move beyond standard therapeutic scripts to name the underlying patterns you have been living in but could not quite see.
Hello! My name is JoAnna and my primary specialty is trauma. I am certified in EMDR and am an EMDR consultant for other EMDR Therapists. I also specialize in domestic violence, narcissistic abuse recovery, addiction, mental health (bipolar, depression, anxiety, ADHD), Dissociation and Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), chronic illness, spiritual/religious abuse recovery. In addition to using EMDR, I am also attachment and somatic focused in my therapeutic approach. I provide Christian Counseling upon request.
Hello and Welcome!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience in hospital, community, and telehealth settings. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Indiana University and specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship challenges through individual counseling. My style is compassionate, practical, and grounded in real-life experience. I’m especially passionate about helping clients recover from unhealthy or draining relationships while building stronger boundaries and self-understanding.
Trauma therapist by trade, cryptid art nymph by spirit. I help children, teens, and adults process trauma, regulate their nervous systems, and stop letting one intrusive thought ruin their entire week. Equal parts evidence-based practice and “have you considered drinking water before the emotional collapse?”
Outside of therapy, I’m a pet parent, artist, recovering perfectionist, and emotionally attached to watercolor tortoises for reasons I cannot explain. My personality exists somewhere between “mindfulness workbook” and “feral raccoon holding a therapy degree.”
My goal? Helping people heal without losing the parts of themselves that make them human. Also maybe convincing at least one client to unclench their jaw today.
With nearly 10 years of experience providing therapy, I believe meaningful change happens when you feel both deeply understood and gently challenged. My style is warm, human, and occasionally sprinkled with humor- because therapy doesn't have to feel cold, clinical, or intimidating to be effective.
I specialize in working with OCD and anxiety, helping clients understand intrusive thoughts, compulsions, and the anxiety cycles that keep them going. Together, we focus on building tolerance for uncertainty, reducing compulsive behaviors, and increasing emotional flexibility.
I also have specialized training and experience in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and evidence-based therapy approach that helps people process trauma, reduce emotional intensity, and shift long-standing beliefs that no longer serve them.
In addition, I work with individuals navigating major life changes, including high-conflict divorce and the painful realities of parental alienation. These experiences can be isolating, overwhelming, and deeply destabilizing. My approach centers on helping clients regain a sense of grounding, clarity, and agency, while learning practical tools to cope with ongoing stress, grief, and complex family dynamics.
I’m a therapist who believes real change happens when you feel both understood and challenged. I won’t just sit back and nod—I’ll help you make sense of what’s going on, and we’ll actively work toward shifting it.
My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I create a space where you can be honest without feeling judged, while also helping you notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I draw from approaches like emotionally focused therapy (EFT), parts work, and skills-based strategies when helpful, but I tailor everything to you rather than forcing you into a one-size-fits-all model.
I work with adults and couples navigating things like relationship stress, trauma, anxiety, identity questions, and major life transitions. With couples, I focus on helping you understand the deeper emotional dynamics underneath conflict—not just the surface arguments—so you can rebuild trust, connection, and a sense of security.
If you’re looking for therapy that goes beyond just talking and moves toward real, lasting change, we’ll likely be a good fit.
I've spent over a decade working with people who are fighting battles most people don't talk about — addiction, eating disorders, dual diagnosis, and the anxiety and depression that come along for the ride. I'm not here to give you a five-step plan. I'm here to be the person who genuinely gives a damn about what you're carrying. I've learned a lot from the great therapists, yoga teachers, and people in recovery who shaped my own life — and my whole purpose is giving that back. I also teach yoga, which means I don't just talk about mindfulness — I live it. Morning, evening, and weekend slots available. Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, and Carelon accepted.
I’ve been working in the mental health field since earning my Masters of Science in Social Work degree with a specialization in Alcohol and Drug Counseling from the University of Louisville in 2011. Over the years, I’ve worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting adults through challenges with mental health and substance use. Those experiences have given me the privilege of walking alongside people in some of the hardest and most transformative moments of their lives.
I am a passionate therapist who strives to empower my clients
I utilize an eclectic therapeutic style that allows me to meet the client where they are to help them accomplish their goals
Being a therapist is more than a job to me. It is a calling
Welcome ! I’m grateful you're considering therapy and taking this important step toward your well-being, With over 20 years of experience and a Ph.D. in Psychology from Ball State University, I've had the privilege of working with clients navigating a wide range of concerns-from ADHD, Autism diagnostic assessments to Women's health issues and beyond.
