I received my masters degree in counseling from Fitchburg State University in 2017. After graduating, I started my career as a trauma-informed in home family therapist wherein I worked primarily with children, adolescents, and their caregivers teaching communication skills, coping strategies, addressing safety concerns, and working to improve stability in a home environment. Since 2022 I have worked as an outpatient counselor working with a range of clients from ages 6 to adult. I love working with a variety of clients, and focus especially on treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and identity.

I am accepting new clients. Navigating through life can be challenging. I have an extensive background and advanced training in substance use. My concentrations are substance use, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I am also experienced in providing emotional support with LGBTQ+, life stressors, relationship difficulties, divorce, legal problems, financial issues, or loss.
