I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in working with individuals and families navigating high-stress situations, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Over the years, I’ve supported clients through difficult moments such as conflict within relationships, overwhelming stress, and major life changes, helping them find clarity and move forward with confidence.
In my current role, I work closely with professionals and families to problem-solve complex situations, which has strengthened my ability to listen, identify patterns, and offer practical, real-life strategies. I’ve also had extensive experience in crisis intervention, supporting individuals during some of their most overwhelming moments.
I primarily work with adults who are dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, anger, and life transitions. I also enjoy supporting parents who are feeling overwhelmed and looking for guidance in navigating family dynamics, and communication.
My goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, supported, and able to work through what’s going on in a way that feels both meaningful and actionable.
I am a counselor that will meet you where you are and challenge you to get to where you want to be, by being warm, understanding, and compassionate. I have extensive experience working with people in crisis. I am challenged to get them unstuck and out of the crisis.

Hi, my name is Dr. Charles Quinn. I am a retired military soldier, served 25 years, and have been in the field of counseling for over fifteen years. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief and loss, past traumatic experiences, conflict resolution, self-injury, bullying, and other issues. The modalities that I incorporate into my sessions are Cognitive-Behavioral, Dialectical Behavior, Solution-Focused, and Trust-Based Relational Intervention, among others.
