Hello and welcome to my page! As a dedicated Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), I am passionate about guiding individuals through the complexities of life’s challenges. I believe that mental health is a cornerstone of overall well-being, and my mission is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can authentically explore their feelings and work towards becoming their best selves—no matter their life stage.
As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I believe effective mental health care starts with being heard. My goal is to provide comprehensive evaluations that go beyond symptom checklists—helping you understand what you're experiencing, why you're feeling the way you do, and what treatment options are available.

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and serve as the primary psychiatric provider at a residential mental health program in New Hampshire. My professional experience encompasses leadership and direct clinical roles within diverse psychiatric settings, including inpatient psychiatry, emergency psychiatric evaluation, behavioral emergency response, and clinical education.
Earlier in my career, I co‐owned and operated a geriatric dementia respite care program, an experience that continues to inform my measured, compassionate, and patient‐centered approach to care. I am dedicated to the delivery of thoughtful, evidence‐based mental health services that uphold the highest standards of professional practice and are tailored to the individual needs of each client.
A client comes in to see her therapist and is 10 minutes late. She sits down and apologizes for her tardiness, to which the therapist replies that no apologies are necessary as clients are only late for their first session.
The vignette illustrates something that I see in clients repeatedly who come into my office. Many should have come in at least a year or two ago but for some reason think that the problems they experience are still manageable.
While I admire the will of many of those who still manage life like the proverbial Dutch Boy and the dike, I believe that asking for help is a strength of its own. In therapy, I come from the perspective of someone that had to receive help at various times in my life. I've also had a meandering career path, meaning that I've worked in several fields and industries prior to becoming a therapist and have been able to do ground-level empathizing with people who work in blue and white-collar professions.
I completed my MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of New Hampshire in 2019. Since then, I have work primarily worked for institutions facilitating groups for PHP/IOP programs and providing outpatient individual and couples counseling.
I bring warmth, compassion, acceptance, and humor into the therapy space. My specialties are working with Adults who are facing challenges while having ADHD or difficulties with executive functioning. I also specialize in working with men's issues ranging from ADHD, codependency, low self esteem, or men who feel stuck where they are in life. I also work with individuals struggling with substance use/abuse
Welcome and friendly,
