My primary role is psychiatric evaluation and medication management. I also incorporate supportive therapy, life coaching, and holistic guidance when appropriate. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and properly treated — not rushed, dismissed, or reduced to a diagnosis.

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I believe health is a human experience, not simply a clinical checklist. My background in traditional psychiatry has given me a strong understanding of mental health across diverse settings, grounded in evidence-based practice.
I take a compassionate, collaborative, and structured approach to care. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. I work closely with each individual to develop personalized treatment plans that may include medication management and supportive therapy, always focusing on realistic and meaningful progress.
My goal is to help clients better understand their mental health, build effective coping strategies, and feel empowered in their treatment journey.
One of the first things I like to do as a therapist is to get to know each other. It’s my opinion that having a therapist you’re able to trust and feel comfortable with is essential in building the therapeutic alliance. From there, we will assess your goals as well as your strengths to increase self-esteem and improve relationships.
Hi! I’m a licensed clinical social worker with experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, and the lasting impact of trauma. I work with clients facing life transitions and relational challenges, helping them make sense of how past experiences and protective patterns may be showing up in the present. Therapy with me is a collaborative process, where we gently build emotional awareness and practical skills to support you in the here and now.
I believe that therapy begins with feeling truly seen and understood. I am a Licensed Psychoanalyst in New York State with a background in clinical psychology, counseling, and psychoanalytic psychotherapy. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University and completed my psychoanalytic training at the National Psychological Association for Psychoanalysis in New York City.
Over the past several years, I have provided therapy to adults, couples, families, and young adults. I have experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, identity concerns, and deeper emotional patterns that may feel difficult to understand on their own.
My approach is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable bringing their full selves into the room, while working together to develop greater insight, self-understanding, and meaningful change.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in treating adolescents and young adults with a variety of presenting problems including OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and behavioral concerns. With a compassionate, collaborative approach, I work to empower clients by focusing on their unique strengths and personal resilience.
I am approachable and I like to provide a safe space.

Headway makes it easy to find support for your mental health — from finding the right provider, to understanding costs, to scheduling with ease.
Searching for therapists in New York means choosing from a wide range of licensed professionals across urban, suburban, and rural areas. Your options may vary depending on where you live, what kind of support you want, and whether you prefer in-person or virtual sessions. If you’re looking for care related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, grief, or life transitions, start by looking for a therapist whose listed specialties match your needs. Provider bios can also show whether a therapist uses approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, or trauma-informed care.
Location and schedule matter, too. A therapist in New York City may offer different appointment options than one in Buffalo, Albany, or the Hudson Valley, and virtual therapy can help broaden your search beyond nearby offices. Some people prefer meeting in person, while others prefer the flexibility of virtual appointments from home. As you compare therapists, look at appointment availability, whether they offer free phone consultations, and how they describe their session style. Reading profiles before booking can help you understand how a therapist communicates, what they focus on, and whether their approach fits what you’re looking for.
The cost of mental health care in New York varies, but using in-network insurance is one of the most reliable ways to reduce session costs. Headway helps make that process easier by showing therapists who are accepting new patients, verifying your insurance, and estimating your out-of-pocket cost before you book. Nationally, Headway partners with 100+ insurance plans, and you can confirm coverage based on your location and specific plan. Browse therapists, review bios, and book directly when you’re ready.
