I'm Reagan, and I'm a therapist who uses creative approaches to help people overcome problems with mood, anxiety, trauma, and obsessive thinking. I empower my clients using exposure therapy. That means we don't just talk about things -- we also do things that help you feel better. That's useful for people who feel "stuck" and are struggling to make changes.
I focus on helping people overcome PTSD, OCD, mood disorders, perfectionism, intrusive thoughts, dissociation, self-harming behavior, and BFRB like picking and pulling.
I'm especially helpful for people who feel cut off from their body or have trouble figuring out their feelings. Other people I often work with are people with ADHD and autism, LGBT+ people, college and grad students, people in burnout, healthcare workers, people with body image and size concerns, and geeks of all varieties.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who trained in Philadelphia and now lives in South Jersey. I'm into hiking, reading history, gardening, and art.
I’m deeply committed to providing nonjudgmental, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care. I understand that mental health isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I take the time to listen, learn, and adapt to what works best for you.
I don’t expect perfection — I expect real people, with real experiences, showing up as they are. I bring not only clinical expertise but also lived understanding of how layered and complex healing can be. You’ll never have to shrink or code-switch in my care — your story, identity, and truth are all welcome here.

Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, frustrated, or stuck. Whether you're struggling with focus and organization, anxiety, burnout, intrusive thoughts, low mood, or the challenges that come with major life changes, I'm here to provide a supportive, collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.
I am a licensed clinical social worker, clinical supervisor, and psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience helping individuals navigate trauma, emotional distress, and life transitions.
My career has included work in schools, outpatient counseling centers, and hospital settings, where I supported individuals facing mood disorders, addiction, and psychosis. I’ve worked with clients across the lifespan—from young children to older adults—and bring a broad, real-world perspective to my practice.
As a certified trainer in trauma-informed care, I use practical, effective tools to help you better understand your emotional responses, regulate stress, and feel more grounded. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your specific needs. I draw from a range of therapeutic techniques to help you gain insight, shift patterns, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Clients often tell me that our work together helps them feel less overwhelmed, more self-aware, and better able to cope with life’s challenges. I strive to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and comfortable being yourself.
Some of the feedback that I received from clients are:
"You give me a perspective so I don’t get stuck and I realize I don’t have to solve it all at once
"You have forever affected how I look at things in a positive way"
"You changed how I look at things. I know I can do it, so I achieve it. The re-parenting thing gives me a way to understand people and myself."
"You help people be comfortable in their own skin."
I am a National Board Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania, as well as a certified School Counselor for grades K–12. I have over 25 years of experience working in a school setting, where I supported students from kindergarten through 12th grade and worked closely with thousands of families. That experience shaped my deep understanding of the academic, social, and emotional challenges children and teens face, and it’s also where my passion for helping young people truly grew.
I work with adolescents and adults who want more than just healing and coping-I help folks connect the dots for how to live a more successful and joyful life. About half of my practice is focused on performance psychology, while the other half focuses on overcoming depression, trauma, and anxiety. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, driven, and curious. They're not only looking to feel better-they want to know why they feel the way they do. As I often say: descriptions can validate, but explanations heal. Together, we connect the dots between your experiences, patterns, and goals in order to thrive.

Headway makes it easy to find support for your mental health — from finding the right provider, to understanding costs, to scheduling with ease.
Finding the right therapist in Pennsylvania starts with getting clear on what you're looking for. Common reasons people seek therapy include anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions — and many providers specialize in specific areas like trauma, ADHD, or family dynamics. Whether you prefer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or another approach, knowing your priorities can help you narrow your options.
Pennsylvania is home to providers in major metro areas like Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, as well as in smaller cities like Allentown, Harrisburg, Erie, and Lancaster. If in-person options are limited in your area, virtual therapy with a Pennsylvania-licensed provider is widely available, and coverage may be available through many insurance plans depending on your benefits. Choosing between in-person and virtual sessions comes down to personal preference — both connect you with the same licensed professionals.
Therapy in Pennsylvania can be expensive without coverage, but using in-network insurance is one of the most reliable ways to reduce what you pay. On Headway, you can enter your insurance details to see estimated session costs before you book, and many patients pay as low as $0 per visit. Nationally, Headway partners with over 100 insurance plans. Enter your insurance details on Headway to confirm what coverage is available in Pennsylvania and see your estimated costs.
