I help clients work through anxiety and trauma in a way that feels human, supportive, and grounded. Therapy doesn’t have to feel cold or clinical—I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where healing can actually happen.
My approach is holistic, combining emotional processing with practical tools for everyday life. It’s not just about understanding the past—it’s about building the skills you need to thrive in the present. I tailor my work to each person’s unique needs, especially when supporting trauma survivors, neurodivergent individuals (including those with ADHD or autism), and those managing PTSD, trauma or grief.

Life often presents many challenges that can leave people feeling unequipped to cope. As a result, some feel they are only surviving instead of thriving. The good news is this does not have to be the case and I may be able to help. I have over 12 years experience in the area of counseling, 6 of them as a licensed professional counselor. I help people work through grief, depression, anxiety, symptoms of bipolar disorder, relationship issues & anger management, among other areas of concern.
