I began my career in group homes for youth, where I developed a strong foundation in working with individuals in high-stress and high-need situations. I am a trained Level 1 Gottman therapist (working on Level 2), this is helpful to those struggling with relationship issues. I am also a trained Level 1 IFS therapist, which is a great modality for people struggling with PTSD, depression, anxiety, etc. I have invested countless hours in learning other helpful modalities and concepts that add to my knoweldge.
