My name is Kylene, and I genuinely love what I do. I work with adolescents and adults, and have experience and training in treating a range of issues, including trauma, anxiety, and depression.

I want to make the most of our time together, so I use approaches like EMDR and CBT, which have been well-established as evidence-based treatments.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) who works with individuals and families seeking support, understanding, and practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. My background includes outpatient therapy, school-based counseling, and international clinical work, which has given me experience supporting people across many stages of life.

Much of my work focuses on helping individuals and families navigate anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, emotional overwhelm, and challenges related to relationships, family life, school, or work.

I aim to create a supportive and thoughtful space where clients feel comfortable exploring what they’re experiencing while developing tools that help them move forward with greater stability and confidence.

I have a masters degree in social work and I am clinically licensed in Washington State. I work with people who want to break out of patterns of living that are not working. I am specifically interested in working with men feeling stuck and wanting more for themselves.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in nursing and mental health care across a variety of clinical settings. I work with all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress, trauma-related concerns, ADHD, and other mental health challenges.

Smart Duru is psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over 10 years of combined healthcare experience. He attended University of Derby, England for a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and a master’s in psychiatric mental health nursing with Distinction. Smart Duru obtained a Master of Science Degree with specialization in Psychiatry mental health Nurse Practitioner. He has extensive experience in Mental health, Primary care, Sub/Post-Acute Care, Long Term Care, Correctional Medicine, and Family Medicine.

I'm Lina, and I'm passionate about empowering individuals on their journey to healing and growth. With a diverse background in hospital social work, outpatient mental health services, and inpatient psychiatric care, I have gained invaluable experience and insights that enable me to support a wide range of clients facing emotional and mental health challenges.

I hold a doctoral degree from a progressive Jesuit school as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Prior, I spent over 10 years in one-on-one home healthcare, studied psychology before nursing, and obtained an EMT certification, with a side interest in Fire and Rescue EMS.

In the past, I considered everything from becoming a veterinarian, an acupuncturist, a wildlife biologist, a gypsy with a fishing boat, a journalist, an underwater welder, an astronomer, an anthropologist, and yes, going to medical school. The nursing field, however, is beautifully versatile, and ended up being on point and on time. I'd like to think I weave into my perspective and practice, threads of all of those other fields.

Exploring the internal world is just an integral part of my life. By now, I'm cozy with cross-cultural/philosophical and belief perspectives surrounding existence, growth, difficult symptoms, and medicines. I've worked with myself - no doubt, but personally and professionally, with a lot of other people for whom it's all been front and center.
