I am a therapist with a Masters in Social Work from California State University, Sacramento.
I have worked with children, teens, families and adults for over 10 years. I specialize in trauma-focused care, while I have also helped with many life challenges and mental health needs.
I help people deal with life when it feels like a roller coaster, where there are ups & downs, sudden twists & turns and constant turbulence. I can help you cope with the ride, give you reassurance and help build a bridge to help you access what you need. I will eventually challenge you to steer the ride without me to ensure you can live your life independently.
I specialize in helping teens and young people find their voice and find their path. I love what I do because I get to help people find belonging and community beyond themselves, while also freeing them from their mind's limitations.
All roads lead to Rome! It doesn't matter where we jump in, if you’re ready, we’ll get there. My POV is through a Neurodiverse lens and incorporates Attachment Theory and C-PTSD with the idea that much of our conflict and distress stems from old wounds & unmet needs that can often be traced back to necessary adaptations needed to survive not only our families of origin but also societal norms and expectations. The gig of being human is hard and de-coding this blueprint can provide a path toward understanding, healing and, fulfillment. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.
Hello, I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, licensed since 2008, with experience working with diverse populations ranging from children to older adults. I provide a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel supported and understood. I especially enjoy helping individuals navigate life transitions such as starting college, graduating, changing jobs, adjusting to civilian life after the military, or entering retirement. My areas of focus include women’s issues, anxiety, depression, and building self-acceptance. I look forward to supporting you as you move toward growth and balance in your life.
I have been described as a “down to earth” and “real” therapist. I like to believe these are accurate descriptors. I bring a plethora of experience to my therapy room; however, I recognize, acknowledge, and celebrate the client being the expert on their life. I provide a safe environment which allows my clients to be transparent without judgment. It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help and it is definitely a risk. We need to remember there is no growth without risk!
I've been in therapy myself and have both healed and grown tremendously having worked with
therapists. Through my work with skilled therapists, I have become a more present, alive, whole-
bodied person that has learned to love myself--to be kinder to myself, less self-critical, happier,
and enjoy expressing my various forms of creativity. I'm not perfect but I continue to make shifts
when I drift into old patterns. As a result of these experiences and recommitting to shifting into
presence, self-acceptance, and whole-body awareness I feel more connected, alive and at peace. I
enjoy loving relationships with the people closest to me including my wife and children. When
not working with people, I enjoy reading biographies and adventure novels, playing board and
card games, watching live baseball games, and enjoying a variety of outdoor activities and
pursuits.
I believe healing happens in the context of safe and supportive relationships. Whether you’re working through relationship struggles, stress, or personal growth, I provide a nonjudgmental space where you can feel truly heard. My clients often share that they feel encouraged, cared for, and empowered in our work together. I want you to know that you don’t have to do this alone—there is hope, and I’m here to help you restore it.

Together, we’ll work through these challenges, exploring tools to manage grief, anxiety, and self-doubt, and to help you reconnect with your voice and inner strength.
Hi! I'm Olivia. I've been in therapy practice for six years, and am grateful for the opportunity to get to know you! As a queer and neurodivergent person, my career as a therapist has always moved in tandem with my commitment to social and economic justice. My work has taken me to settings with folks experiencing homelessness in South Los Angeles; with justice-involved adults in treatment court diversion programs in San Francisco's Tenderloin neighborhood; in young adult shelters for art therapy groups; with low-income immigrant parents of young children; and with teens and young adults with significant trauma histories.
Through all my roles I always commit to centering community and individual strengths that help arm my clients with the tools necessary to repel various types of systemic violence and oppression. I believe that therapy is inherently political because being human is political.
