I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida with a Master’s in Social Work from Florida State University. I provide therapy for teens, adults, and couples, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I create a warm, supportive space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. I also offer faith-based Christian counseling upon request, integrating clients’ values and beliefs into the therapeutic process when desired.

I am the wife of a veteran, and mother of three. I have been working with children, families and couples for over 20 years. I believe in empowering others and helping them find their own peace. Together we can work on anything from simple life issues, ADHD, all things to include extreme trauma(s) such as such as domestic violence. Behavioral issues between parent and child are also a specialty. One of the biggest rewards is watching clients achieve the goals that they set for themselves, and finally realizing that they were able to do what they never thought was possible.

also have specialized experience working with mothers navigating postpartum

depression, anxiety, and the emotional adjustments that come with pregnancy

and early parenthood. My work includes providing therapy in homes,

I obtained my PhD in Counseling at George Washington University and my master’s in clinical Mental Health at Villanova University.

I am a Catholic, bilingual, and bicultural clinical mental health counselor providing services in English and Spanish. I migrated to the United States 19 years ago as an international student. I bring a deep understanding of diverse lived experiences and the unique stressors related to acculturation and immigration. Also, I am an assistant professor, proudly teaching at the university level, to the next generation of master and doctoral students in Counseling.
