Hey there! My name is Nikki :) a little about me is that I view my clients holistically and from a systems lens. I enjoy learning about my clients within the context of their childhoods, environment, and the culmination of their life experiences. I am very familiar with grief and find fulfillment in helping clients process major life changes and transitions. If clients are open, I incorporate spiritual understanding and meaning-making. As an LMFT, I love to assist clients in improving communication with others, especially loved ones, or to assist in boundary-setting strategies. A huge focus of mine is client empowerment and self-love, which extends to how one navigates the world!

Kathleen obtained her Masters in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy from the University of Central Florida and currently is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and a Registered Play Therapist. She has been working with adults, children, couples and families since 2015. Kathleen enjoys watching the change, development, and impact that counseling has on individuals and their families. During her free time Kathleen really enjoys being outside and in nature with her family.

Hey all! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for helping my clients gain a deeper love and understanding of self at a foundational level. I enjoy assisting my clients in cultivating a better awareness of triggers that often appear in their lives, as well as in prompting client exploration regarding narratives that have been carried for too long. A Florida and Polk County native, Mirtha is a graduate of Frostproof High School. She is board certified as both a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and an Autonomous Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She earned a Bachelor's of Nursing from Polk State and a Master's of Nursing from USF. In 2023 Mirtha earned a Post Master's Certification in Psychiatry from Florida Atlantic University. However, her journey as a mental health provider began in 2020 when she became certified through the Academy of Christian Counseling, as a mental health coach. Then in January of 2025 she became an active member of the Order of Saint Luke (OSL) a healing ministry.

Mirtha has nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare. Her passion is caring for individuals struggling with mental health issues. She has been volunteering with the youth in her community for over 7 years and also has experience working in a domestic violence shelter with victims of trauma.
