I help high-achieving, heart-centered adults break free from subconscious patterns, release self-doubt, and create deeply fulfilling relationships—with themselves and others. As a licensed psychotherapist and certified spiritual life coach, I offer a grounded yet transformative space where psychology meets soul work.
With over 20 years of experience, I bring a broad range of skills and perspectives to my work with individuals, families, couples and groups. I'm a believer that therapy is not a "one size fits all" process. I work with patients on their self-designed goals. My patients describe me as warm, down-to-earth, direct and empowering.
My style is warm, supportive, while also challenging my clients to see new perspectives. Change can be scary, but with reassurance and affirmation, I have seen clients begin to heal. In my experience working with people of all ages, I am able to adapt my approach to how it will best benefit each client.
I earned my Master's Degree in Counseling from Northeastern University and have spent more
than 20 years helping individuals and families create meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.
My approach combines Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based practices, and
evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and improve emotional well-being.
I have extensive experience working with clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to develop the skills and insights needed to navigate life's difficulties, achieve personal growth and make positive changes in your life, I am committed to helping you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and balance.
The decision to start therapy is a courageous one. I create an open and safe environment for you to embark on your therapeutic journey. In my practice I take a strength-based approach to help you learn and grow. I am interested in exploring who you are as an individual and helping you get where you want to be. Together I hope to build a respectful and collaborative therapeutic alliance.
I have worked in several clinical and therapeutic settings including working in private practice for several years, and having had the unique opportunity to work with underprivileged folks in a correctional setting both in an individual therapy and group therapy capacity. These unique experiences have given me the opportunity to work across a variety of settings and acquire a multidisciplinary approach for individuals with unique and specific needs.
Your brain is always going, a constant loop of ideas, worries, and “shoulds.” You feel pulled in a million directions but can’t seem to start or finish the things that matter most. Deadlines sneak up, motivation comes in bursts, and overwhelm feels like your baseline. You might procrastinate until the last minute, avoid things that feel scary or hard, or overcommit to keep everyone happy, only to feel burned out and guilty later. Shame and self-criticism show up daily. More than anything, you want to quiet the mental noise, feel capable and calm, and stop beating yourself up.

Headway makes it easy to get affordable in-network mental health care with United Healthcare — from finding the right therapist or psychiatrist, to understanding costs, to booking your first session.
