In a world where there is endless advice, online "experts" and seemingly easy fixes, it can be challenging to hit a roadblock and find that nothing feels quite right. Whether it is depression, anxiety, or just a general sense that something is “off”, it keeps you stuck. And you just can't figure out how to fix it. While I have no answers, I offer a place to pause, reflect, and talk about what’s been holding you back. And most importantly, what you want to happen next.
Is your experience with pregnancy, postpartum, or parenthood not going as you thought it might? Or are you finding the transition to motherhood stressful and life changing? Life is full of ups and downs, and I have learned from both personal and professional experience that 'suffering in silence' is not really sustainable or healthy for anyone. You deserve to feel heard and to function at your best level. I have 6 years' experience post-graduation from the University of Texas with helping folks do just that. From nonprofits, to medical clinics, to correctional facilities, to teletherapy, I have connected deeply and partnered with many clients and families to trudge through some of their darkest hours and find more validation, calmness, and acceptance. My fluency in Spanish has given me opportunities to break down walls and connect with hundreds of clients whose cultural background is different than mine. I would be honored to have the chance to see if working together is a good fit for your healing journey.

As adults in this society, the pressures of adjusting to life changes, both expected and unexpected, and living up to the expectations of ourselves and others can feel overwhelming. This often results in perfectionism, low self-confidence, relationship difficulties, work difficulties, loss of meaning, depression, or burnout. Therapy can be a helpful way to address this.
