Hello! So glad you are here. My name is Alex (she/her) and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and have been practicing in the field for five years. I received a Master’s in Social Work from Boston College, with a Certificate in Mental Health & Trauma. Previously, I worked with refugee and asylum seeking populations in the Refugee Resettlement Program.
More recently, I have experience working with children and families as an In-Home Therapist and Intensive Care Coordinator and with individuals in inpatient behavioral health. I also facilitated in piloting a Short-Term Outpatient Therapy Program with Wayside Youth & Families in Framingham, MA and have been providing individual outpatient therapy the past two years to all ages and stages of life.
I also am an avid outdoor rock climber (for the past 12 years) and can support individuals who are looking for support within their own sport/athletic hobby in mindset and performance focus, trauma processing, or exploration around risk within climbing and alpinism.

Finding the right therapist in Worcester starts with getting clear on what kind of support you're looking for. Whether you're seeking help with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, or something else, look for a licensed provider — such as an LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or psychologist — who has experience with your specific needs. Reading a provider's bio can help you understand their approach and decide if they're a good match before your first session.
Worcester and the surrounding area have a range of mental health providers offering both in-person and virtual sessions. Consider what matters most to you — a specific specialty, scheduling flexibility, or a provider who speaks your language. If you're unsure where to start, a free phone consultation can help you see if a provider is the right fit before committing to ongoing care.
