I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I graduated from Western Michigan University with a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have 9 years experience as a therapist.
I became a therapist later in life after working many years in manufacturing and as a mail carrier. A journey of personal growth and healing led me to a career as a therapist.
I enjoy helping others grow, heal and overcome challenges. I have much experience helping people manage life transitions, relationship problems, anxiety and depression.
Welcome! I'm Grace.
As a clinical social worker, I am passionate about helping people recognize the strengths they may not always see in themselves. Life can bring challenges that leave us feeling stuck, discouraged, or uncertain. Whether you're struggling with stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, anxiety, or past experiences, you don't have to navigate those challenges alone.
Hi, I’m Sarah Kuretzky, a Licensed Professional Counselor with graduate training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling. I work with individuals, couples, and families using a trauma-informed, compassionate, and practical approach. I specialize in anxiety, trauma responses, relationship patterns, emotional regulation, body image, women’s health issues, hormone-related mood changes, sexual dysfunction, parenting stress, and life transitions. My style is collaborative and direct, helping clients reduce shame, build insight, regulate emotions, communicate more clearly, and create meaningful change.
I received my Bachelor’s (BA)in Criminal Justice (with a minor in Psychology) and Master’s degree in Counseling (MA) from Central Michigan University. After graduation, I started working with Community Mental Health, where I expanded my trainings and certifications. Since working with CMH I have been able to work with a large population of individuals with different challenges such as substance use, bereavement, trauma, domestic violence, family matters, and life goals. I am certified in DBT and DBT PE. I specialize in Behavioral Health, Personality Disorders, and Trauma Therapy. I have experience working with all ages from school age to geriatric clients.
