I am very appreciative of your time to review my profile, and excited to hear from you if this brief information creates an interest to learn more about me, and/or to begin the steps of working together. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys the diversity of working with individuals 18+, couples, and families. My work usually serves and offers support to those that are struggling with communication issues, stress/anxiety, trauma, and complex life issues. I seek to support those in need of culturally responsive and culturally sensitive services.
As a fully licensed therapist for 4+ years Ashley has had experience working with a wide range of clients. Recently she has begun to focus on women's health, ADHD and those with addiction issues.
I enjoy working with adults (ages eighteen and up). My specialty areas are depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and adjustment concerns.
I have been an expressive person since I was little. I used art for peace, comfort, and joy before I knew art therapy even existed. You can create art to express and understand, no need to be an artist (or "good at it"), to make art for therapy.
I went to school for Studio arts (B.S.) and back for my master's degree in Art Therapy, both at Florida State University.
I worked with special populations, a prior CTSS and ARMHS worker (in-home) before working (currently) in a group practice.
I find visual art offers other opportunities to view both the problem and the solution. It allows other perspectives to prompt ways to talk about whatever you are working through.
I have many trainings and use other modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, AIR Network, ERP) under the art therapy umbrella.
My training in extensively in trauma (Clinically Certified Trauma Professional), ADHD, ASD, Anxiety, Depression, Eating issues, BiPolar, Gender Affirming, Panic, OCD, and Health issues as well as co-morbid conditions.
Sometimes we just end up talking and that's okay too.
Dr. Stiehm received an Educational Doctorate from Argosy University, where the focus of his research was campus safety and security. Dr. Stiehm’s research focused on the less transit population of faculty, and their individual perceptions of safety/security as opposed to the transitional student population, which rotates every 9-12 months at least. Out of his research Dr. Stiehm has published articles and has been interviewed on topics related to campus safety, security and law enforcement. Have over 3yrs experience as a therapist. LGBTQIA, friendly therapist.
As a therapist, I take a client-centered, genuine, collaborative approach to the client’s needs and goals. I have over 19 years of experience with significant experience helping adult clients (18+) work through anxiety, mood disorders (depression/bipolar disorder), sexual addictions/offenses, trauma, grief/loss, men and women's issues, and general life stressors/transitions (work, relationships, parenting, etc).
I have been a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker for over 10 years. I love meeting people where they are at and helping them get to where they want to be. I have found a lot of success with clients who are ready for change - signing up for therapy is the first step. If you are ready, let's begin.
You’ve spent so much of your life holding space for others—showing up, pushing through, doing what’s expected. But where do you go when you need space to exhale? My practice is a sanctuary for high-achieving, heart-centered individuals who are tired of performing strength and ready to cultivate something deeper: true balance, ease, and self-trust.
As a therapist, I hold space for the complexities of your experience, offering both warmth and directness to guide you toward sustainable healing. I believe that transformation happens when we integrate mind, body, and spirit—where deep insight meets intentional action. Together, we’ll explore the patterns keeping you stuck and build a foundation for a life that feels just as good as it looks on paper.
Hello, my name is Betsy Walter MSW, LICSW.
I use a relational approach to working with adolescence. I am easy to talk to and like to listen.
I’m a bilingual therapist working with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. Many of the people I support feel overwhelmed by overthinking, internal pressure, difficulty managing stress, and the uncertainty of what comes next.
In our work together, I focus on helping you make sense of what’s happening internally and develop practical ways to respond to stress and emotions. I integrate cognitive, somatic, and neuroscience-informed approaches to support both emotional and nervous system regulation.
I believe therapy should feel human. It can be structured but still fit your individual needs. I offer a space where you can show up as you are, while also doing meaningful work that leads to real shifts in how you experience and respond to life.
Hello! I've been in the mental health field for nine years, working with eating disorders, personality disorders, trauma, and addiction issues. I am a Queer identifying therapist and am polyamorous, and work well with folks looking to explore themselves more. I love using humor, warmth, and a direct approach in my work with people. I have been formally trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Anchored Relational Therapy for C-PTSD, and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. The thing I care most about is building a comfortable and trusting therapeutic relationship with whomever I work with.
