Hello,
It's a pleasure to meet you.
As a social worker I believe prioritizing mental health is key to an individual's ability to live a productive life. We all need support at some point in our lives, so thank you for taking the first step on the road to empowerment. I have provided individual and group therapy to adults for the past eight years.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over eight years of clinical experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through meaningful change. My background spans community-based programs, hospital settings, and telehealth, giving me a deep understanding of how people grow within their relationships, environments, and daily challenges.
I specialize in evidence‐based approaches including Multisystemic Therapy (MST), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution‐Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, family conflict, trauma, and major life transitions.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with more than 10 years of experience supporting individuals and couples in both private practice and clinical settings. I am passionate about helping clients navigate life's challenges, strengthen emotional well-being, and build meaningful, lasting change.
I am a certified mental health and family practice provider. I value you as a person, your confidentiality and your determination. Together we can make a difference

She has collaborated with two service dog organizations over the years, taught & presented on the topic & trained & worked with several of her own therapy dogs. She and her current therapy dog, Eli, continue to volunteer in various programs.
In 2016, after a successful career in New York City, she relocated to Central Florida to continue her public service work.
In her spare time, Avril enjoys spending time with her spouse & dogs, relaxing at home, camping, visiting the beach, sewing & crafting. She works to find gratitude for every moment life presents.
My passion is working with people and helping them to be the best they can be. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina and a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina with 24+ years of therapeutic experience. My experience started in Mental Health Clinics, but I have been working in private practice for over 15 years. I help people with a variety of concerns to include stress, anxiety, coping with grief and loss, parenting issues, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and emotional stress. I am passionate about creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported while also being thoughtfully challenged to grow and reach their goals.
Many of my clients come to me carrying something they never thought they'd be able to share with anyone. They've often spent years feeling misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or like no one has ever quite seen them. They're adults navigating real barriers in their lives shaped by unprocessed trauma, neurocomplexity, the ongoing weight of chronic illness or pain, or identity-related experiences that haven't always felt safe to explore. Whatever brings someone to my door, I meet them where they are.
What clients should know about me? Well I am open minded, honest, and one who will challenge and push you to reach the best version of yourself. I have a passion for treating addiction and providing motivational interviewing!
Hello I am Jenn, I have a graduate degree from The College of St Rose in Albany, and NYS licensed Master CASAC. I am most proud of the well seasoned life experience that comes with being a Gen X.
Clients can expect authenticity, an open mind, and an understanding space to explore traumatic and challenging belief systems (that no longer work), emotional dysregulation, coping skills, communication skills (boundary setting, healthy communication, self care), and future focused guidance and support.
Clients will improve social, relational and professional interactions. Clients are free to express themselves mindfully and reflect intentionally about challenging behavior and racing thoughts. I will always provide compassionate non-judgmental, and ethical care.
Welcome. If you’ve come this far, I imagine you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, and frustrated - that life lacks in the meaning, vitality, and belonging that you would desire for yourself. Sometimes, despite our best efforts to overcome our problems, we can feel lost and demoralized. Should this resonate with your experience, allow me to share about my practice and how I might help. I am a clinical psychologist with a broad range of expertise and specialize in trauma, loss, and related problems of identity, relationships, and meaning.
I have been working with children and adults for 30 yrs. Two years ago I opened my own practicecand I love what I do! I have many yrs working with adolescents in a school setting, however, I have found a passion in the last year working with couples. We are in a tough world. Economy, high divorce rate, social media and more. My goal is to work and keep couples and families together. The first step is reaching out. Depression, anxiety, we are all struggling and I would love to help make your days brighter!!
