I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Ohio and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC). I specialize in supporting adults navigating trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions.
In addition to my clinical training, I’ve completed extensive continuing education in trauma-informed care, addiction treatment, grief work, and other evidence-based practices. I also incorporate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients process and heal from distressing, painful, or overwhelming experiences in a safe and supported way.
My goal is to provide a space where clients feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported as they move through both healing and change
I specialize in wellness approaches using vitamins and minerals and traditional Western medicine options. I'm goal-oriented and want clients who like to develop a relationship with their provider. I like to make appointments about your goals and desires. I will meet everyone on their path, and we will work toward whatever makes you feel comfortable. I offer flexible scheduling with day, evening, and weekend appointments. My clients report that they love the flexibility and their growth.

Life does not slow down when we need it to. You may feel scattered, unworthy or uncertain. You have lost something or someone—or you live in fear of it happening. Pressure is building and coming at you from all directions, even yourself, and you can’t manage it all. Whatever challenge or chapter in life you are facing, you do not have to tackle it alone. This is your time to choose to slow down, to pause for yourself and what matters most to you. I can help you do that.
Life can feel HARD. I care deeply about coming alongside you to help build compassion and insight. I have years of experience working with diverse clients of all ages and different walks of life. I have worked in both private practice with adults and community mental health while working with parents, caregivers, and kids in outpatient therapy at Nationwide Children's Hospital. I come alongside individuals in various stages of life to help them gain insight into their struggles and strengths, identify their goals and learn practical tools to help make meaningful change in their lives. I value diversity and approach therapy with respect and compassion.
