I have worked with foster care children and families, helping to ease transitions and relieve post-traumatic stress symptoms. I use a variety of techniques to improve presenting symptoms and teach healthy coping skills. Helping people live a better life is my passion!

My role is to help you identify those patterns, understand why they exist, and create lasting change rather than simply managing symptoms.

For 9 years, I provided therapeutic counseling services to children and adults in outpatient, home-based, and school-based settings. For the past 11 years, I have provided outpatient mental health therapy to individuals, couples, and families of all ages, in person and via telehealth, in a private practice setting.
