Hi, I’m Eric, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I work with both teens and adults, including older adults (65+) who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, addiction, anger, grief, life transitions and ongoing stress.

I am a board-certified Psychiatrist (medical doctor) providing virtual care throughout NY and PA. I taper medications. This means most of my patients want to safely reduce or ultimately stop taking psychiatric medications, and I guide them through that process safely and at their own pace. I include therapy in my 30-min follow up sessions, though do not offer weekly 1-hour therapy sessions. Many of my patients also work with a therapist.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but it does not have to be. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported from the very first session.
