Hello! I have over 25 years of experience walking alongside individuals through both challenging and transformative moments. I believe people heal best when they feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported, and I strive to create a therapeutic space where clients can safely explore their emotions, experiences, and personal growth without judgment.
I help individuals build resilience, expand their capacity to tolerate distress, and strengthen emotional regulation skills that support long-term well-being. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. I believe meaningful change happens over time, and I work to support clients in growing at a pace that feels both safe and empowering.

My educational background is in both Clinical and Community Psychology. I conceptualize and intervene with clients with an understanding of individual and environmental contributing factors. Additionally, I have significant experiences working with people across the life span and in various settings. I bring this rich experience to my work with clients.
I've spent over a decade working with people who are fighting battles most people don't talk about — addiction, eating disorders, dual diagnosis, and the anxiety and depression that come along for the ride. I'm not here to give you a five-step plan. I'm here to be the person who genuinely gives a damn about what you're carrying. I've learned a lot from the great therapists, yoga teachers, and people in recovery who shaped my own life — and my whole purpose is giving that back. I also teach yoga, which means I don't just talk about mindfulness — I live it. Morning, evening, and weekend slots available. Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, and Carelon accepted.
Hi, I’m Nicole! Therapy with me is about real conversations, practical tools, and accountability. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I’m down-to-earth, supportive, and won’t let them slide. I bring a diverse background of both life and professional experience, allowing me to see multiple perspectives and help you navigate complex relationship dynamics.
I specialize in sex therapy and relationship counseling for LGBTQ+, gender-expansive, kink-involved, and consensually non-monogamous adults. You may feel capable and self-aware in most areas of life yet unsettled in your closest relationships. Together, we will connect the dots between present triggers and earlier relational experiences so recurring patterns can be understood and shifted with intention.
I am Mira Iheme, Ph.D., a doctoral-level clinician with over 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Throughout my career, I have been deeply committed to helping clients navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My therapeutic approach is solution-focused, collaborative, and strengths-based, grounded in the belief that every individual has the capacity for growth and healing. I am known for my energetic, highly positive, and optimistic style, which helps foster a supportive and empowering therapeutic environment. I work actively with clients to identify goals, develop practical strategies, and move toward improved emotional well-being and life satisfaction.
I thrive in helping clients make positive life transitions, overcome obstacles, and reconnect with their sense of purpose and inner strength. I am passionate about meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them as they progress on their personal wellness journey. It is my privilege to support clients as they work toward greater balance, clarity, and fulfillment in their lives.
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from California University of Pennsylvania in 2020. Since then, I’ve worked with children and adults facing depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and some substance use, also at a psychiatrist hospital and with youth in the juvenile system. I’m a first-generation Nigerian American and the creative “black sheep” of my family. I bring empathy, authenticity, and individuality into my therapy practice, helping clients heal and grow.
