With over 25 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating grief and loss, life transitions, chronic illness, trauma (including first responders), aging-related concerns, and members of the agricultural and farming communities.
I provide telehealth services across multiple states, I’m here to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.
Hi, I’m Stephanie Carmichael, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC. I am a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience providing care in both medical and mental health settings. My background has allowed me to develop a strong understanding of how physical health, emotional well-being, stress, and life experiences are deeply connected.
I earned my Family Nurse Practitioner degree from East Tennessee State University and my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree from Western Kentucky University. I have experience treating individuals across the lifespan with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, stress, burnout, and life transitions.
My approach to care is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I believe clients deserve to feel heard, respected, and actively involved in treatment decisions. I focus on building strong therapeutic relationships and creating a comfortable, judgment-free environment where clients can openly discuss their concerns and goals.
I provide evidence-based medication management while also incorporating supportive, therapy-informed care, education, and lifestyle considerations into treatment. My goal is to help clients improve not only their symptoms, but also their overall quality of life and emotional well-being.
Outside of my professional role, I value authenticity, resilience, personal growth, and meaningful connection with others. I understand that seeking mental health care can feel vulnerable, and I strive to make the process approachable, supportive, and empowering.
If you're feeling stuck — wrestling with anxiety that won't quiet down, a mood that swings without warning, anger that surfaces faster than you'd like, or the weight of past trauma — you don't have to sort through it alone. I work with adults who are juggling demanding lives while quietly carrying ADHD, depression, grief, chronic pain, or relationship strain that's hard to put into words.
I came to this work after 20 years as a broadcast operations engineer. When an injury changed my path, I earned my Master of Science in Social Work at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and I've been a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) since 2019. I've practiced in integrated medical clinics with clients of every age, in intensive outpatient care, and in residential settings, and today I work primarily with adults over telehealth across Tennessee.
I see my role as helping you understand where your struggles come from, get clear on what you want therapy to change, and build a concrete, step-by-step plan to get there
I’m a therapist who creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as your full, authentic self. I believe healing happens when we feel seen, heard, and challenged in a supportive way. I work with individuals and couples to navigate anxiety, relationship struggles, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm.
My approach blends evidence-based practices with real, honest conversation. I will help you build practical tools, increase self-awareness, and take accountability—while also giving yourself grace. My goal is to help you not just cope, but truly grow and feel empowered in your life.
In this space, you get to decide. I will walk through this stage of change with you. I have worked in community mental health, residential treatment, and intensive outpatient settings. I graduated from Lipscomb University with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, specializing in Addictions Counseling.
Sheena Rymer, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), received a Master's Degree in Social Work from Valdosta State University in May 2014 and a clinical license in Social Work in September 2019. During that time, she interned and worked at Miller Counseling Services, Pruitt Nursing Home, Mountain Education Charter School, and Fannin County School System. She facilitated groups; provided care consultations and coordinated services for clients both admitted and discharged from the nursing home; and provided individual counseling services. Moreover, Sheena has over five years experience in crisis intervention. Sheena is an active member of School Social Work Association of America (SSWAA), Fannin Children's Fund (FCF), and Social Workers Action Group (SWAG).
Hi, I'm Dr. Amanda Harrell, a licensed clinical psychologist (Psy.D.). Since 2006, it's been a true privilege to walk alongside people in their healing and growth, and I'd be honored to do the same with you. Whatever brought you here — anxiety, depression, the heavy pull of shame or guilt, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, or simply navigating a genuinely tough season — my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and truly supported as you move toward the life you want.
I earned my doctorate in clinical psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and have spent nearly two decades helping clients bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be. Whether you're facing loss, a major transition, or just feeling overwhelmed, you don't have to do it alone — we'll find a path forward together.
As a board certified Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe your mental health is priority to a peaceful life. I have 5 years of experience since graduating at Lindsey Wilson College in Columbia, Ky. While I have the most experience in substance abuse counseling, I am also well versed with depression, anxiety and more.
We all have things we're afraid to talk about, but we also have a lot more control over these fears than we realize. I hope to help you unlock the courage to tackle these fears and take control of them.
