As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP‐BC) with Radiance Psychiatry and Wellness, I take a whole‐person approach to mental health care. I recognize that emotional well‐being is shaped by many factors — physical health, stress, relationships, and life experiences — and I work with clients to address each of these areas.
I have experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions. My approach blends medication management with supportive therapy, patient education, and lifestyle‐based strategies. I strive to create a welcoming, culturally sensitive space where clients feel empowered, understood, and supported.
My goal is to help you build resilience, gain insight, and move toward a healthier, more balanced life.
Hi, I’m Tristan, and I help couples feeling stuck in the same arguments or disconnected from each other. My approach is about helping you to communicate and connect with each other.
Life can feel overwhelming when stress, difficult experiences, relationship challenges, or emotional struggles begin affecting your ability to function the way you want to. Whether you are navigating personal challenges, family conflict, parenting concerns, or the impact of past experiences, it can be difficult to know where to start. Therapy provides a supportive space to better understand what you are facing, strengthen your coping skills, and begin creating meaningful change.
I am an experienced mental health counselor committed to helping people bring more meaning, laughter, curiosity, creativity and self-compassion into their lives. Through identifying obstacles to reaching these states and collaborating to find solutions, we can work together to break damaging cycles and face the future with confidence. If you feel exhausted and resentful from having to do it all on your own, please take a chance and reach out.
My name is MacKenzie, and I’m a proud Texas native from the Panhandle. After earning my Bachelor’s in Psychology in 2012, I began my career in the helping field and later completed my Master’s in Counseling at West Texas A&M University in 2016.
I began by working with teens in foster care and later transitioned to supporting youth involved in the juvenile justice system. I then spent over a decade working in public schools, providing mental health support to students, families, and staff. In addition to my work with teens, I developed a deep appreciation for working with women during my time at a nonprofit counseling agency.
I have also been involved in helping found a local nonprofit organization that provides free counseling services to youth. I currently serve as a board member of the Amarillo Mental Health Professionals group and volunteer with American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, including engaging in public policy advocacy at both the state and federal levels.
I’m passionate about empowering others and helping them to heal, grow, and find their voice. My counseling style is eclectic, with a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I work with neurodivergent women, especially moms, who have trouble turning off their brain and connecting to their feelings. Many of my clients are people pleasing, perfectionistic, and struggle with their relationships with others. As someone with 10 years experience studying and practicing in the mental health space, I can tell you that having a sense of belonging and connectedness is the single greatest predictor of mental wellbeing.
Genuine belonging and connection to self or others may be difficult because you're carrying guilt, shame, self-blame, or the pressure to hold everything together. You may look “fine” from the outside while privately feeling overstimulated, burned out, or feeling a lack of purpose or direction.
Therapy can be a place to stop performing, slow down, and connect to yourself, so you can show up in connection and belonging with others in a genuine way.
