Hello! My name is Alex and I have a Masters degree in Addiction Counseling from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. I specialize in working with individuals navigating PTSD and prolonged grief disorder. I have experience supporting veterans, active-duty service members, and their families through the unique challenges associated with trauma, reintegration, relationships, and emotional adjustment. As a Certified National Anger Management Specialist, my clinical approach also focuses on anger management, emotional regulation, and helping clients successfully navigate difficult life transitions. I also work with individuals experiencing co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders, recognizing the complex relationship between trauma, emotional distress, addiction, and behavioral patterns.

Hello! My name is Marcie and I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My passion is helping individuals find their peace, confidence, and clarity. With a deep commitment to mental wellness, I offer compassionate, evidence-based care for children, teens, and adults across the lifespan.
Background & Education
I earned my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Rush University in Chicago, IL and received my Psychiatric specialization from National University in San Diego CA. I have my national board certification through the ANCC and have trained in a variety of clinical settings, including outpatient psychiatry, integrated primary care, and crisis intervention services.
I graduated with a BS in Education from Texas A&M in 1970 and Graduated from University of Houston/Clear Lake in 1990 with a Master's Degree in Counseling. I taught in the first Federally Funded Kindergarten program for economically deprived children in Texas. I taught kindergarten until 1989 when I became an elementary school counselor until retiring from the school system. I worked in an agency for one year before establishing my private practice. I now only work remotely. I trained in Heart Math, a medical tool to help calm the brain. I like to work with clients to minimize their negative thinking and shift to positive consciousness, using the writings of Dr. David Hawkins.
Hello and welcome. I’m Ashley, a licensed clinical social worker, and I specialize in working with young adults (18+) and adults throughout adulthood who have experienced complex trauma and relational wounds. Many of the people I work with struggle with intense emotions, fear of abandonment, painful or unstable relationship patterns, a harsh inner critic, shame, or a sense of feeling lost or unsure of who they are.
These experiences can show up as complex trauma symptoms such as emotional overwhelm, mood shifts, dissociation, difficulty trusting others, people-pleasing, or feeling “too much” or “not enough.”
I believe trauma lives not only in the mind, but also in the body and in our relationships.
Together, we work to understand your emotional reactions and protective behaviors, not to judge them, but to help you feel safer, more grounded, and more connected to yourself and others.
If you recognize yourself in these experiences and are ready to work on trauma and relationship patterns, I would be honored to support you.
Great to meet you!
