Hi there, I’m Sila.
Are you feeling ready to make a meaningful change in your life and step into your full potential?
I’m here to support you and guide you on your journey toward your goals. I will walk alongside you—listening with care, offering encouragement, and providing thoughtful guidance as we work together. My intention is to help you develop new skills, insights, and perspectives that foster balance in both your personal growth and relationships.
Let’s begin this journey together.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over two decades of experience, I focus first on creating a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, safety, and respect. From there, we work collaboratively to explore the patterns, experiences, and challenges that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we develop an individualized plan that aligns with your unique needs, strengths, values, and goals. For over 20 years, I have had the privilege of supporting military service members, veterans, and their families through life's challenges and transitions. As a South Asian therapist, I also understand the unique complexities of cultural expectations, immigration experiences, family dynamics, and balancing multiple identities. I am passionate about helping individuals from all backgrounds navigate personal, relational, academic, and professional pressures while creating a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and fulfilling.
Amber Shreve is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her Master’s in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University in Arizona. Amber has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Existential Therapy, Trauma Informed Care and other approaches. She believes every person and each experience has value. She is passionate about supporting individual autonomy and resilience. In her free time, Amber enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, fishing, and baking.
Your struggles do not define you, but they can refine you. -Reyna Aburto
I am Bradley Chamberlain, a licensed clinical social worker/mental health professional located in Iowa, but clinically licensed in IA, NE, CO and TX. I incorporate modalities like CBT, Mindfulness, Stages of Change, Trauma Informed Therapy and Solution Focus therapy, and with use YouTube, Insta and TikTok videos as supplements as well.
I believe deeply that each person deserves a life rooted in balance, purpose, and fulfillment. I understand how the pace and pressures of modern life can cloud clarity and make it difficult to move forward with intention. In my work, I strive to create a thoughtful and compassionate space where your experiences are honored, your present moment is respected, and your future is approached with care. I view therapy as a collaborative process that supports you in reconnecting with your innate capacity to heal, adapt, and thrive, particularly when navigating anxiety, depression, or other challenges to well-being.
Welcome. My name is Joanna, and I am glad you are here.
Asking for help might be the one of the hardest things to do. It is also a courageous, healthy, and empowering act. It is the first step in deciding to take an active role in how you want to feel, show up, and achieve in your life.
Whether you are living with anxiety, trying to heal from trauma, or learning to be your most authentic self, it can be overwhelming and scary to go it alone. I would be privileged to be your partner in helping you feel more you.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and currently see adult (18+) clients virtually. I specialize in anxiety and panic disorders, depression, family and parenting issues, trauma, and LGBTQIA needs. I am trained in EMDR and I utilize skills and interventions from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Therapy, and supportive patient-centered approaches to meet your unique needs.
